Urja Global Limited — Board Meeting, 02-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Urja Global's board has announced a board meeting outcomes, including the approval of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue for the quarter stood at ₹19.01 Cr, with a net profit of ₹0.97 Cr.

To support future growth, the company plans to raise up to USD 500 Million through various methods such as Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue, or Further Public Offering (FPO), subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mrs. Saumya Srivastava as an Independent Director and Mr. Manish Kumar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 24, 2025, to be held virtually.
