SML Isuzu's board has made key leadership and auditor changes. Mr. Vinod Kumar Sahay is now Executive Chairman, with Mr. Chandra Shekhar Verma continuing as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Rakesh Bhalla transitions from Chief Financial Officer to an advisor role, replaced by Mr. Pushkar Patwardhan as Chief Financial Officer from October 1.
