Medplus Health Services Limited — Board Meeting, 02-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MedPlus's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,542.63 Cr, up from last quarter and significantly higher year-on-year. Net profit for the quarter was Rs. 42.34 Cr, lower sequentially but a strong increase from a year ago. The board also appointed Cost and Secretarial Auditors; shareholders will be asked to approve these. Additionally, 79,157 equity shares were allotted under the ESOP. The 19th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 15, 2025.
