Facor Alloys Ltd — Updates, 02-08-2025: Company Update

Facor Alloys has executed an Asset Transfer Agreement to sell its manufacturing plant assets in Shreeramnagar, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, to M/s. Rawmat Mining and Minerals. The company will receive ₹47.15 Cr from this sale. This strategic move aims to meet pressing and unavoidable liabilities, especially as these facilities have been under shutdown since October 2023 and are not contributing to turnover. Shareholders had already approved this sale. The buyer is an unrelated third party, and the transaction is expected to be completed within one year.
