Utkarsh Small Finance Bank reported a Net Loss of ₹239 Cr for the quarter, with operating profit at ₹92 Cr. Gross Loan portfolio grew 2.3% YoY to ₹19,224 Cr. Deposits increased 18.3% YoY to ₹21,489 Cr, largely from retail term deposits. The bank is strategically de-risking, shifting to secured lending, which now comprises 45% of the portfolio (up from 35% YoY). This includes a cautious approach to new unsecured micro-banking loans due to stress. Gross NPAs rose to 11.42%, and Net NPAs to 5.00%.
