JSW Energy Limited — Important, 02-08-2025: General Updates

JSW Energy has commissioned the first 80 MW unit of its 240 MW Kutehr Hydro Electric Project, commencing power supply to Haryana. This operational milestone sees the second 80 MW unit undergoing trials, while the third unit's commissioning is in progress. The entire 240 MW project is backed by a 35-year power purchase agreement with Haryana at a levelized tariff of ₹4.50/kWh. This expansion elevates the company's hydro capacity to 1,471 MW, increasing its renewable energy share to 56%. JSW Energy's total locked-in generation capacity now stands at 30.3 GW.
