The company will hold its 9th Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2025. Shareholders' approval will be sought for the re-appointment of Mr. Rahul Sharma as Executive Director for three years, effective June 26, 2026. Mr. Sharma, also the CFO, brings over 16 years of finance experience. The company has utilized ₹92.42 Cr of its IPO proceeds, with ₹185.33 Cr remaining for future growth, including new BLS Stores.
