Shreeoswal Seeds and Chemicals has announced its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held virtually. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and re-appointing Mrs. Kiran Devi Begani as a director. The company also seeks approval for the appointment of Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, with a fee of ₹25,000 for the first year. Furthermore, three new Non-Executive Independent Directors – CS Anjali Bamboria, CA Deepak Kothari, and Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Kumawat – are proposed for five-year terms. These appointments are set to strengthen board independence and corporate governance.
