Bansal Roofing Products' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with revenue from operations at Rs. 36.20 Cr and profit at Rs. 2.02 Cr. The board also approved the draft notice for the 17th Annual General Meeting. Independent Director Arpita T Shah resigned, ceasing her roles on the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. Mr. Yaksh Darji, a qualified CA and CPA, has been appointed as an Additional Director, subject to shareholder approval. Consequently, the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees have been reconstituted. Additionally, the transfer of unclaimed dividends from FY18 to the IEPF account was approved.
