SECL's Board of Directors met, approving key leadership appointments. Ms. Anushka Trivedi has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 4, 2025. A qualified Company Secretary, she brings strong academic credentials. Additionally, Mr. Sohil Kumar Dinesh Kumar Patel was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), also effective August 4, 2025. Mr. Patel's extensive knowledge in finance and marketing is expected to bolster the company's management.
