Aptech Limited — Board Meeting, 04-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aptech's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Additionally, the board finalized key annual reports for the financial year 2024-25. New appointments include M/s SAPSJ & Associate as Cost Auditor for FY2025-26 and M/s. S.G & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY2025-26. Both auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 25th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 17, 2025.
