QGO Finance's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 0.15 (1.5%) per equity share for FY2025-26. To boost capital, QGO Finance plans to raise Rs 3 Cr through secured, unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in two series, and an additional Rs 1.5 Cr via unsecured, unlisted NCDs, all at 12% interest via private placement. Total loan book reached Rs 100.90 Cr with outstanding NCDs at Rs 20.50 Cr as of June 30, 2025. New Secretarial and Internal Auditors were also appointed.
