BLS E-Services reported a strong quarter. Total Income surged 205.3% to Rs. 251.2 Cr, with PAT growing 38.7% to Rs. 17.5 Cr, driven by Aadifidelis consolidation and business traction. The company signed an agreement to acquire SBI and HDFC Bank Customer Service Points from Sub-K Impact Solutions for approx. Rs. 6.5 Cr, pending approvals, significantly expanding its financial inclusion network across key states. They onboarded over 10,000 retailers, partnered with Bajaj Finserv and HDFC Bank, and expanded digital services including Aadhaar enrolment in Rajasthan and nationwide courier services with Delhivery. Gross transaction value rose to Rs. 26,200 Cr.
