Perfectpac's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at 20.68 Cr, with a profit after tax of 1.21 Cr, resulting in an EPS of Rs 1.82. The company also announced the appointment of Smt. Aradhana Saluja as an Independent Director for five years, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Additionally, M/s. RSM & Co., Company Secretaries, have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, following input from the Audit Committee. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
