Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited — Important, 04-08-2025: Updates

Bhandari Hosiery has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 28. A final dividend of Rs. 0.02 per equity share for FY25 has been proposed by the Board. If approved at the AGM, this dividend will be paid within 30 days. To be eligible for the dividend and to vote at the AGM, shareholders must be on record as of August 21. The Company's share transfer books will be closed from August 22 to August 28 for these purposes. E-voting will be available from August 25 to August 27.
