RBL Bank has allotted 0.137 Cr equity shares (face value Rs. 10) to employees via ESOPs. This exercise has increased the bank's paid-up share capital from Rs. 609.18 Cr to Rs. 610.55 Cr. The total outstanding equity shares now stand at approximately 61.05 Cr, up from 60.92 Cr. This reflects a minor increase in the capital base due to employee stock option exercises.
