Sona Comstar's Q1 FY26 saw revenue at Rs 850.9 Cr (down 5% YoY), EBITDA at Rs 202.5 Cr (down 19%), and PAT at Rs 124.7 Cr (down 12%), impacted by temporary factors. Despite this, the company secured its largest order in 2.5 years from a North American OEM (Rs 1,550 Cr) and another from an Indian OEM (Rs 260 Cr). These wins drove the net order book to a record high of Rs 26,200 Cr, with EV programs contributing 75%. Sona Comstar also formed a JV in China with JNT, investing $12 million for driveline system expansion.
