SJVN Limited — Others, 04-08-2025: Change in Director(s)

SJVN has announced changes to its board. Shri Arindam Chaudhary has ceased to be a Part Time Official Director, as he is no longer an officer nominated by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. Concurrently, Shri Bhupender Gupta, currently Director (Technical) at THDC India Limited, has received an extension of his additional charge as SJVN's Chairman & Managing Director. This temporary appointment is for a period of three months or until a full-time incumbent is appointed, ensuring leadership continuity for the company.
