Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) has entered a five-year strategic agreement with Zaimus Trends Private Limited (ZTPL) for its footwear division. ZTPL will exclusively manage the sourcing, manufacturing, supply, and brand management of KICL's "Jeetlo" and "Zodiz" trademarked footwear, including "Zodiz Kidoz." KICL will route 20% of its annual footwear purchases through ZTPL. This partnership involves an initial payment of 1.39 Cr from KICL to ZTPL, plus recurring sourcing and market management fees. The collaboration aims to leverage ZTPL's expertise to enhance KICL's non-leather footwear offerings, ensure product supply, and strengthen its position in the affordable footwear market.
