Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited — Board Meeting, 04-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Wealth First Portfolio Managers' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit for the quarter was Rs 15.96 crore.

The board declared a first interim dividend of Rs 4.00 per share (40%), totaling approximately Rs 4.26 crore, with August 8, 2025, set as the record date.

Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Amit Trivedi, Mr. Siddharth Shah, and Mr. Saurabh Sonthalia as Additional Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Ashish Navnitlal Shah was also re-appointed as Managing Director for a further three years. The 23rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 5, 2025.
