DLF Limited — Updates, 04-08-2025: Press Release

DLF delivered robust Q1FY26 results with net profit up 19% YoY to Rs 766 crore. New sales bookings surged 78% YoY to Rs 11,425 crore, boosted by strong demand for DLF Privana North. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,981 crore, and net cash improved to Rs 7,980 crore. The annuity business (DCCDL) showed strong growth, with profit up 26% YoY to Rs 593 crore and high occupancy at 94%. A new 1.1 msf commercial block was also commissioned in Chennai. Management is optimistic on housing demand and future growth.
