Master Components Limited conducted its 26th Annual General Meeting, where key resolutions were passed. Shareholders adopted the company's financial results for the financial year 2024-25 and approved a final dividend of Rs. 0.5 per equity share. Mrs. Anagha Shrikant Joshi was re-appointed as a Director. Additionally, material related party transactions for FY 2025-26 were approved, alongside the appointment of secretarial auditors for five years. The remuneration for both the Whole-Time Director and the Managing Director was also fixed for a two-year term starting January 2026.
