Real Touch Finance Ltd — Updates, 04-08-2025: Company Update

Real Touch Finance's board approved the financial results for the first quarter. The company has appointed M/s. G.S. Chugh & Associates as new statutory auditors for three years and M/s. S. Satheesh Kumar & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, following the resignation of the previous statutory auditor. The 40th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2025, via video conference, where re-appointment of Director Padmini Ceruseri Srikanth will also be considered.
