Kati Patang Lifestyle's Rights Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 1,02,56,651 partly paid-up equity shares. These shares, issued at Rs. 20 each (including a Rs. 10 premium), were allotted in a 2:7 ratio for existing fully paid shares.
