Mangalam Worldwide Limited — Others, 04-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Mangalam Worldwide Limited held its 29th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders adopted the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Re. 0.20 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each was declared for FY25, with credit to members by September 03, 2025. Additionally, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Chanakya Prakash Mangal as a Director and Mr. Mohit Kailash Agrawal as Whole-time Director. Mr. Susanta Kumar Panda was appointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Director. The appointment of Secretarial Auditors and ratification of Cost Auditor's remuneration were also approved.
