Protean eGov Technologies Limited has announced changes in its senior management. Ms. Dipali Sheth, Chief Human Resource & Impact Officer, has retired. Consequent to her retirement, Mr. Sandeep Mantri, the current Chief Financial Officer, will now also take charge of the CSR and Impact functions. Effective August 4, 2025, Mr. Mantri's new designation will be Chief Financial & Impact Officer (CFIO). This move integrates crucial CSR and Impact oversight directly under the financial leadership, centralizing these functions. Mr. Mantri brings extensive experience, previously serving as EVP and CFO at Datamatics Global Services.
