TAAL Enterprises Ltd — Board Meeting, 04-08-2025: Board Meeting

TAAL Enterprises' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a profit of ₹9.53 Cr on revenue of ₹44.48 Cr. The board also approved restated financial statements from April 1, 2023, following the amalgamation of TAAL Tech India. Furthermore, Mr. Salil Taneja has been re-designated and appointed as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and authorized to handle material disclosures. M/s. V. P. Thacker and Co. were appointed Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, also pending shareholder approval.
