HomeFirst Finance Q1 FY26: AUM grew 28.6% YoY to ₹13,479 Cr. PAT rose 35.5% YoY to ₹119 Cr, with NIM at 5.2%. Disbursements were ₹1,243 Cr, muted in Q1 due to April, but May-July trends are improving, keeping FY26 guidance of ₹5,600-₹5,800 Cr intact. Asset quality saw a seasonal uptick (1+ DPD at 5.4%), mainly in Surat/Coimbatore-Tirupur, but management expects normalization with July recovery. Credit cost remained disciplined at 40 bps. The company strengthened capital with a ₹1,250 Cr QIP and rating upgrade, expecting improved cost of borrowing. Management remains confident in housing demand and market share gains.
