Everest Industries' board has approved a strategic investment of Rs. 1.065 Cr in Enerparc Solar Power 10 Private Limited. This acquisition of 5.31% equity secures 3 MWp solar power for Everest's Podanur plant under a group captive policy. The move is designed to significantly increase the company's renewable energy consumption in Tamil Nadu, enhancing operational sustainability and potentially reducing energy costs. Enerparc, a solar power generator, was incorporated in 2024. The acquisition is set for completion by November 30, 2025.
