Inflame Appliances will hold its 8th Annual General Meeting virtually on August 29, 2025. Key agenda items include adopting the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, which saw revenue at ₹106.18 Cr and profit after tax at ₹3.13 Cr. Shareholders will also vote on re-appointing Mr. Ashwani Kumar Goel as a Whole-time Director.
