Kansai Nerolac announced Q1 FY26 results. Net revenue grew 1.8% to ₹2087.42 Cr, but EBIDTA fell 6.7% to ₹311.97 Cr, and PBT declined 4.1% to ₹310.08 Cr. Decorative paint demand showed revival signs, though an early monsoon and April disturbances impacted sales. Automotive segment performed better than market, and performance coatings saw strong growth. Raw material prices were benign. Management anticipates decorative demand improving due to favorable monsoon and Diwali. Industrial growth is expected to continue.
