Mallcom (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 04-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mallcom India's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹119.40 Cr, while consolidated profit after tax was ₹9.89 Cr. The board also appointed M/s Agarwal Maheswari & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. Furthermore, Ms. Ankita Dalmia was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five financial years. Both auditor appointments are awaiting shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
