KPI Green Energy Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 05-08-2025: Record Date

The Board has approved financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. An interim dividend of Re. 0.20 (4%) per equity share for FY 2025-26 was declared. This dividend will be paid within 30 days to shareholders registered on the Record Date, which is yet to be announced. The company also plans to raise up to INR 700 Cr via Green Bonds through private placement to fund expansion.
