Jocil's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported Total Revenue of ₹270.43 Cr, a strong jump from ₹178.83 Cr in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax also saw a significant increase to ₹2.22 Cr, compared to ₹0.45 Cr in the same quarter last year. EPS stood at ₹2.50. Additionally, the Board put forward Sri Subbarao V. Tipirneni's appointment as an Independent Director for a 5-year term starting October 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
