Power Grid Corporation of India Limited — Board Meeting, 05-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

PowerGrid's Committee of Directors for Bonds has approved raising funds up to Rs. 5,000 Cr through the 82nd issue of unsecured, non-convertible, taxable bonds. This fundraising will be via a private placement, with a base issue size of Rs. 1,000 Cr and a green shoe option of Rs. 4,000 Cr. These bonds, redeemable after 10 years with annual interest payments, are intended to be listed on both BSE and NSE. This move strengthens the company's financial position for future growth.
