The company reported strong consolidated performance, with revenue from operations at ₹386.74 crore, up from ₹295.58 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹7.05 crore compared to ₹4.72 crore previously. Additionally, the board confirmed full utilization of the ₹30.38 crore preferential allotment proceeds. These funds were strategically deployed, with ₹12.36 crore invested in Shera Metal and ₹10.00 crore in Shera Zambia for manufacturing expansion, and ₹8.02 crore allocated for working capital.
