Exide Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 05-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Exide Industries has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. Revenue from operations increased 5.85% YoY to Rs 4,695.12 Cr, and Profit After Tax surged 24.38% YoY to Rs 274.58 Cr. Earnings per Share (EPS) reached Rs 3.21. The company reported strong growth in solar, 2W/4W replacement, and industrial UPS segments. Strategically, their Exide Energy Solutions Limited (EESL) lithium-ion cell manufacturing project is progressing steadily, with production anticipated by end of FY26. Exide recently invested an additional Rs 400 Cr in EESL.
