HT Media's board met today, approving its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. The company reported a revenue of Rs 412.15 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, with a net loss of Rs 11.37 crore.

In a strategic move, the board also approved an investment of up to Rs 15 crore into Mosaic Media Ventures, its wholly-owned subsidiary. This capital infusion aims to financially support Mosaic, which operates in the media and research industry, including news dissemination and event organization.
