BLS International Services Limited — Board Meeting, 05-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BLS International's Board met to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income jumped to ₹735.64 Cr from ₹510.19 Cr last year. Net Profit surged to ₹170.99 Cr compared to ₹114.18 Cr, with EPS at ₹4.15 vs ₹2.77. The company will hold its 41st AGM on September 16, 2025. Mr. Diwakar Aggarwal was appointed as Chairman-Executive Director, and Mr. Nikhil Gupta was re-appointed as Managing Director, both for three-year terms, pending shareholder approval at the AGM. The Stakeholder Relationship Committee was also re-constituted.
