The company launched 3 new projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,967 Cr, hitting 57% of its FY26 launch target. Additionally, it added 3 new projects with a massive ₹7,727 Cr GDV, exceeding its full-year business development guidance. Collections grew 19% to ₹575 Cr. The company's credit rating was upgraded to ICRA A+, reflecting robust financial health with gross debt at ₹304 Cr and zero net debt. Revenue stood at ₹273 Cr, and PAT at ₹16 Cr.
