Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances recently concluded its 38th Annual General Meeting held virtually. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. They also re-appointed Mr. Promeet Ghosh as a director, ratified the remuneration for the Cost Auditors, and appointed new Secretarial Auditors while setting their pay.
