Gokaldas Exports has announced a board meeting where it approved consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of Rs. 955.79 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 41.47 Cr. The board also approved increasing its stake in BRFL Textiles Private Limited (BTPL) by 2.76% for Rs. 16.32 Cr, bringing total ownership to 19%. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance backward integration and fabric sourcing. Further, the company plans to shift its registered office to Maharashtra, pending shareholder approval, and received Rs. 9.11 Cr in government incentives for its Madhya Pradesh manufacturing unit.
