ICICI Bank's Board has approved changes in its Senior Management. Mr. B. Prasanna and Ms. Anubhuti Sanghai will cease to be senior management personnel due to transfers within the ICICI Group. Mr. Sanjay Singhvi will also step down for early retirement. The Board has approved Mr. Shailendra Jhingan as a new Senior Management Personnel, effective shortly. Mr. Jhingan brings over two decades of experience in fixed income and asset management, having previously served as MD & CEO of ICICI Securities Primary Dealership. This marks a notable reshuffle in key leadership roles.
