Patel Integrated Logistics' board has approved its standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs 1.64 Cr. The Board also announced the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 08, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via video conference. For dividend eligibility and AGM, the share transfer books will close from September 02 to September 08, 2025. The Board had previously declared a final dividend of Rs 0.30 per equity share (3%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
