Everest Industries is investing Rs 1.065 Cr in Enerparc Solar Power 10 Private Limited to secure 3 MWp solar power for its Podanur plant in Coimbatore. This strategic move aims to boost the company's renewable energy consumption in Tamil Nadu. While Enerparc, a new solar energy firm (paid-up capital: Rs 36.37 Cr), has no recent turnover, this investment secures long-term green energy. A previous intimation was revised to clarify the equity stake acquired is 2.43% for the same investment amount.
