Satchmo Holdings Ltd — Updates, 05-08-2025: Company Update

Satchmo Holdings Limited has secured approval for a one-time settlement (OTS) of its outstanding debt with an Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC), which its Board has accepted. This settlement addresses the company's entire loan outstanding. Additionally, its two wholly-owned subsidiaries have also entered into similar one-time settlements with the ARC. The total aggregate settlement amount is Rs. 109 Crores, comprising Rs. 70 Crores for Satchmo Holdings and Rs. 39 Crores for its subsidiaries, to be paid by September 30, 2025. This move aims to significantly reduce the consolidated debt across the company and its subsidiaries, enhancing financial stability.
