Focus Lighting & Fixtures' board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹41.45 Cr, with net profit at ₹2.16 Cr. Basic EPS was ₹0.33. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Patwa And Shah as the new Statutory Auditor for five years, succeeding M/s. NP Patwa & Co. whose tenure concluded. Furthermore, the 20th Annual General Meeting is set for September 22, 2025.
