SHREE CEMENT LIMITED — Others, 05-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

Shree Cement shareholders have approved all resolutions presented at the 46th Annual General Meeting. This includes the adoption of the audited financial statements for the last fiscal year, confirmation of the interim dividend of Rs. 50 per share, and declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 60 per share.
