Orient Bell Limited held its 48th Annual General Meeting virtually, chaired by Managing Director Mr. Madhur Daga. Shareholders approved the annual accounts for FY 2024-25 and the re-appointment of Mr. Madhur Daga as a director. A dividend of Rs. 50 paise per equity share was also declared. Key special resolutions passed include the appointment of Ms. Ashu Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for five years and the re-appointment of Ms. Bindiya Shyam Agrawal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for one year.
