Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services Limited — Board Meeting, 05-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Yatharth Hospitals has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹257.77 Cr, with a net profit after tax of ₹42.04 Cr.

The company is set to begin commercial operations at its acquired Model Town, Delhi hospital, and plans to launch its Faridabad subsidiary soon. A long-standing land dispute for its Ramraja Hospital subsidiary has also been favorably resolved. Additionally, a Secretarial Auditor was appointed for a five-year term, and a Cost Auditor was re-appointed for FY25-26.
